Assistant of the Research Directors (f/m/d)

in part-time (50 % / 19.5 hour per week.

Your task

• Contact point for the employees and students of the assigned program areas
• Planning and coordination of appointments, meetings and travel incl. invoicing
• Proactive follow-up of defined measures and deadlines
• Managing correspondence as well as mail and secretarial filing, including archiving departmental documentation and maintaining various databases
• Processing of German and English-language documents (scientific papers, conference papers, conference proceedings, research proposals etc.)
• Supporting domestic and foreign guests
• Participation in the organization of events
• Responsible for general administrative and secretarial tasks

Your profile

• Completed secretarial or commercial training
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Confident command of written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of electronic data processing (e.g. MS Office)
• Social competence and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to take responsibility 
• Structured, independent way of working 
• Good communication and organizational skills
