MSP NATURE 2021 • Online Conference. Nature Conservation in Marine Spatial Planning: how to reconcile human activities with ecological functions
The aim of MSP NATURE 2021 is to promote the development and implementation of marine spatial planning, with a particular focus on the sustainable use and protection of biodiversity in marine and coastal areas. The conference will focus particularly on marine nature conservation, which is supported by an ecosystem-based approach (EBA). The three-day event is intended, among other things, to help overcome obstacles to implementation and to discuss specific approaches to solving the problem.
The complete program of MSP NATURE 2021 is offered in virtual form and free of charge. Further information can be found on the event website: http://msp-nature-2021.ioer.eu/
The Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Development (IOER), the Leibniz Institute for Baltic Sea Research Warnemünde (IOW), the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation (Bundesamt für Naturschutz, BfN) invite interested persons to the virtual MSP NATURE 2021.
